WHAT IS CHIROPRACTIC?
Chiropractic is a natural form of healthcare that focuses on the relationship between the spine, the nervous system and musculoskeletal conditions associated or caused by the two.
Accidents, injuries, repetitive use, poor ergonomics or posture can all cause stress on the spine and it's associated structures. In fact any stress – even emotional and chemical can cause the spine to lock up and lose proper movement/function which leads to pain or injury.

HOW IT WORKS
Chiropractic works by specifically targeting the spine, joints and muscles under a great deal of stress, injury or simply not functioning correctly. The ‘Chiropractic adjustment’ is a procedure in which trained Chiropractors use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled force to a spinal joint or area.
The goal of the Chiropractic adjustment (sometimes known as spinal manipulation), is to correct structural alignment, restoring function to the joints and surrounding muscles, decreasing pain and improving the body’s ability to function.
